Printable Calendars for 2027 — Print or Download Free

Every month and year below opens its own printable page. Open one, choose a layout, and print — all of them are free, fit A4 and US Letter paper, and save as a clean PDF with no watermark.

Layout
Week starts

ISO week numbers run Monday to Sunday, so picking “Week numbers” switches the grid to a Monday start. Switch back to Sunday and the layout returns to Blank.

In the print dialog, pick “Save as PDF” as the destination to keep a copy.

What you can print

Monthly calendars

One page per month with large date boxes, so there is room to write appointments, deadlines, bills and meal plans by hand. Open January 2027 to see one.

Week-numbered layouts

Every row carries its ISO week number instead of a blank grid — for project plans, timesheets and sprint schedules where “week 32” means more than a date does.

How to use it

  1. Open a calendar. Use the year and month links above, or jump straight to a ready-made page such as January 2027.
  2. Choose a layout. Blank gives you empty boxes. Lined adds ruled lines for handwriting. Week numbers add the ISO week number to every row.
  3. Print or save as PDF. Hit Print for a paper copy, or pick “Save as PDF” in the print dialog to keep the file for later.

Paper sizes and print settings

Every calendar is laid out for both A4 and US Letter, in portrait orientation. Before you print, check three settings in the print dialog:

Margins
Default, or None if your printer already has a quiet border.
Scale
100% — “Fit to page” can squash the boxes.
Paper
Whichever size is loaded. The grid stretches to fill the page.

The pages use black text on white and draw every line with a border, so they print cleanly in greyscale and don’t empty your ink cartridge.

Frequently asked questions

Is this printable calendar really free?

Yes. Every monthly and yearly calendar here can be printed or downloaded as a PDF without an account, a watermark or a paywall.

What paper size should I use?

The pages fit A4 and US Letter. Choose whichever your printer is loaded with — nothing gets cut off either way.

Can I print one month instead of the whole year?

Yes. Each month has its own page, so you can print just the month you need.

Can I start the week on Monday?

Yes. Use the “Week starts” toggle above and the columns rearrange before you print.

Do the calendars show public holidays?

No. They are deliberately blank so you can mark the dates that matter to you, and holiday dates differ by country.

Can I write in my own events?

Yes. Print it and write by hand, or save the page as a PDF and add text in any editor before printing.

Does it work on a phone?

You can open and preview every calendar on a phone, but printing works best from a computer.

Can I use this at work or in my classroom?

Yes, for personal, classroom and internal business use. Please don’t resell the files.
